Day Off – Wedding Coordinator
The big day has arrived, everything has been meticulously planned, but you would like to be sure that during the day all will be ok and that every supplier you choose performs its job flawlessly.
We also thought about this: we are there for you!
This service needs to be confirmed at least three months before the wedding, so that we can get in touch with all the suppliers in good time and understand what your needs and wishes are.
At this point, we will make a detailed schedule of the days, handle any last-minute requests, starting with the rehearsal dinner, and then be present for the entire wedding day.
All you have to do is relax and enjoy your long-dreamed day in joy with your family and friends.
Our services:
- First contact with the bride and groom (three months before the wedding date);
- Contacts of all suppliers to double-check their services and needs;
- Creation of a customized detailed program of the day for each vendor involved;
- Management of the ceremony and reception with qualified assistants and hostesses (only if necessary);
- Distribution of final payments to suppliers and gifts to guests;
- Management of guests’ transfers to the ceremony and reception venue, plus return to their accommodation;
- Ensure that all suppliers arrive on time and execute their schedule
